Q: What's your return policy?
A: If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match the description on our website, we will happily exchange it. We do not issue refunds. We recommend washing your garments separately and by hand to ensure longevity.
Q: How quickly can you ship my items?
A: We do our best to ship your items via USPS and within one business day of receiving your order.
Q: What if my order gets lost in the mail?
A: Hopefully this doesn't happen but should anything happen to your item while in the hands of USPS, you may open a claim with them.
